Exeter expect Christian Ribeiro to be fit for the visit of Newport.

Defender Ribeiro went off with a head injury during Tuesday night's 2-0 defeat by York but should be available.

Midfielder David Noble could return after a hamstring problem while boss Paul Tisdale has no new injury worries.

Tisdale made six changes for the midweek defeat and will be tempted to shuffle his pack again.

Newport have extended the loan spells of Ben Davies and Mitchell Beeney.

Preston defender Davies is staying until the end of the season and Chelsea goalkeeper Beeney has signed up for another two months.

But midfielder Connor Dymond has returned to Crystal Palace at the end of his one-month loan spell.

Striker Lenell John-Lewis remains sidelined by a hamstring injury.
