Alex Kenyon is set to miss out once again for Morecambe when they entertain Portsmouth.

The midfielder suffered an injury in the Shrimps' disappointing defeat against Mansfield and missed Saturday's draw with Newport as a result.

Jamie Devitt started against the Exiles after overcoming a calf problem and he could continue, while Shaun Miller's fitness will be monitored.

Boss Jim Bentley has a number of selection posers having made wholesale changes for the weekend's draw.

Midfielder Gareth Evans could return to Portsmouth's squad.

The 27-year-old missed out on Saturday's 2-1 FA Cup fourth-round defeat to Bournemouth but could be drafted back into action by boss Paul Cook.

Defender Adam Webster could start after being left on the bench for the FA Cup clash, with manager Cook aiming to keep his squad fresh.

Sheffield United loan signing Kieron Freeman will come into the equation in defence, missing out at the weekend due to being cup-tied.
