Crewe Alexandra vs Wigan Athletic - No new problems for Crewe

Sky Bet League One's bottom side Crewe have no fresh injury concerns ahead of their home clash with Wigan.

Captain Harry Davis is continuing his rehabilitation on a knee injury while fellow defender George Ray and striker Lauri Dalla Valle (both ankle) also remain unavailable.

In their last two games, Alex were thrashed 5-0 at home by Coventry and then blew a 3-1 lead to lose 4-3 at Swindon and they are seven points adrift of safety at the foot of the table.

Without a win in five matches, they will be looking for their first since November and only their sixth of the season.

Will Grigg is touch-and-go to make the trip with Wigan.

The Northern Ireland international has been troubled by a hip injury but he could play for Gary Caldwell's side with some strapping on the issue.

Midfielder Chris McCann has trained this week after recovering from the cracked toe that kept him out against Chesterfield last weekend.

Kevin McNaughton (knee) is back in training but still working his way back into the set-up slowly.
