Torino 0 - 1 Udinese: Stipe Perica goal gives 10-man Udinese narrow win

Posted Monday, December 21, 2015 by PA

Stipe Perica's first-half goal was enough to steer 10-man Udinese to a nervy 1-0 victory at Torino.

The Bianconeri were dominant throughout and should really have won by a wider margin, with Torino goalkeeper Daniele Padelli denying the likes of Antonio Di Natale, Francesco Lodi and Edenilson.

He could not repel Perica in the 41st minute, though. The Croatian grabbed the winner with a daisy-cutter and Udinese held on despite losing Molla Wague when he picked up a second yellow card shortly after the hour mark.

Udinese climb to 12th, where they are seven points clear of the relegation zone.
