Gillingham vs Fleetwood Town preview - Gillingham boss Edinburgh ready to ring changes ahead of Fleetwood fixture

Gillingham boss Justin Edinburgh is ready to make wholesale changes after two straight defeats ahead of the home game with Fleetwood on Tuesday.

The Gills lost 2-0 at Barnsley on Saturday, with Edinburgh now keen to arrest his side's short dip in form.

Bradley Garmston, Aaron Morris, Rory Donnelly and Jordan Houghton could be restored to the starting line-up for the League One clash.

Edinburgh could also hand Jermaine McGlashan a start if he alters the formation to add an extra man and more width to his midfield.

Fleetwood manager Graham Alexander is hoping to have some of his players recover from knocks to feature in the squad.

Defender Conor McLaughlin made his comeback at the weekend but Alexander is still waiting for Danny Andrew to return.

He is still, however, without Nathan Pond, Brendan Moore and Vamara Sanogo.

"If any of the injured lads are fit then they'll come straight back in for the game. They're knocking on the door of full fitness but we just have to wait and see if they're ready," he said.
