York boss Russ Wilcox has a number of options ahead of his side's League Two clash with Carlisle at Bootham Crescent on Saturday.
New boy Rhys Turner will go straight into the squad after signing on a month-loan long from Oldham on Thursday.
Emile Sinclair is getting closer to his first start of the season after appearing as a second-half substitute at Stevenage last week, while captain Russ Penn could also start after shrugging off a foot injury.
Jake Hyde is still sidelined following a double hernia operation last week, and Michael Coulson is recovering from a groin operation.
Carlisle have two new arrivals from Newcastle available for selection.
Winger Alex Gilliead and defender Macaulay Gillesphey, both 19, have joined the Cumbrians on 28-day loans and will be considered for debuts at the weekend.
They played 45 minutes in a midweek friendly against Middlesbrough, a match that also featured David Atkinson.
The centre-half managed an hour in his comeback from a hamstring injury but Troy Archibald-Henville is still out.
