ES Troyes AC 3 - 3 Nice : Xavier late show denies Nice

Thiago Xavier scored an injury-time equaliser as 10-man Troyes rescued an unlikely Ligue 1 point in a 3-3 draw against Nice.

Corentin Jean opened the scoring for Troyes after three minutes but the lead was short-lived as, straight from the restart, Jonathan Pereira fouled Alassane Plea inside the penalty area. Hatem Ben Arfa made no mistake with the spot-kick.

Plea put Nice in front after 16 minutes before drawing the foul that led to Chris Mavinga's second yellow card, and subsequent dismissal just after the half-hour mark.

Maxime Le Marchand headed the visitors into a two-goal lead before half-time but Fabien Camus' 25-yard strike gave Troyes hope and Xavier's rising shot earned them a point.
