Walsall vs Shrewsbury Town preview - As you were for Saddlers

Posted Friday, November 07, 2014 by PA

Walsall manager Dean Smith has no injury worries ahead of their FA Cup visit of Shrewsbury.

The Saddlers chief could be tempted to hand Sam Mantom his first start of the season after the midfield's recovery from a knee problem.

Smith is not eager to rotate his squad after back-to-back league wins.

It means seven-goal Tom Bradshaw is in line to face his former club for the first time since leaving in the summer.

Shrewsbury boss Micky Mellon may make changes after their hectic schedule.

James Wesolowski is available again following a groin injury after returning as a late substitute in the 2-1 win at Dagenham last week.

Andy Mangan, who also has seven goals to his name this campaign, is pushing to start after coming off the bench to score in his last two games against Chelsea and Dagenham.

Mellon has been nominated for Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month having won five straight league games.
