Wolves vs Huddersfield Town preview - Dicko in line for Wolves return
Posted Tuesday, September 30, 2014 by PA
Nouha Dicko could return for Wolves against Huddersfield after missing the 3-3 draw with Reading.
The striker is expected to recover from a tight hamstring which forced him off in their last home game with Bolton.
Matt Doherty is a doubt, though, after suffering an ankle injury at the Madejski Stadium on Sunday.
Sam Ricketts is still nursing a hip problem so Ethan Ebanks-Landell or Scott Golbourne could replace Doherty at right-back.
Huddersfield's latest loan signing Grant Holt could make his first start for the club.
The 33-year-old Wigan striker arrived in time to make an impact in his first appearance off the substitutes' bench in the weekend win against Millwall.
But skipper Lee Peltier (groin) and midfielder Jonathan Hogg (calf) are both doubtful due to ongoing issues that will require monitoring.
Striker Martin Paterson (knee) and defender Anthony Gerrard (calf) are both closing in on returns to action and could be included in the squad, but forward James Vaughan (calf) remains sidelined.
