Sheffield Wednesday vs Ipswich preview - Zayatte set for Owls return

Sheffield Wednesday defender Kamil Zayatte could return to the starting line-up in the home game against Ipswich.

Zayatte was shown a straight red card in last week's Capital One Cup exit at Manchester City and sat out a one-game ban in the Owls' weekend defeat at Cardiff.

Central defender Tom Lees remains sidelined with a hamstring injury and Lewis Buxton made his first league appearance of the season alongside Glenn Loovens in central defence, so boss Stuart Gray must decide on his options.

Kieran Lee is expected to return to the bench after missing the last nine matches due to a groin injury, but fellow midfielder Sam Hutchinson (back) remains sidelined.

Ipswich should include Jonny Williams in their squad at Hillsborough.

The 20-year-old midfielder re-joined the Tractor Boys on a 93-day loan from Crystal Palace on Monday following a successful spell last season and could be thrown straight into action.

Cameron Stewart (jaw and knee) and Stephen Hunt (calf) are set to remain on the sidelines, but boss Mick McCarthy has no fresh concerns.

Town travel to South Yorkshire aiming for a fifth successive Championship win.
