Crewe vs Notts County preview - Brandy back for Crewe

Crewe expect to have loan signing Febian Brandy available after a calf injury for Tuesday's League One clash with Notts County at Gresty Road.

Manager Steve Davis reports a clean bill of health as the Railwaymen look to bounce back from Saturday's 3-0 home loss to Colchester and a previous 6-1 drubbing at MK Dons.

"Febian will train and we'll put him through his paces to get him ready," said Davis. "Everyone is fit and available."

Experienced defender Alan Tate made his debut against Colchester after joining on loan from Swansea, while Adam Dugdale is well again following a bout of illness.

Notts boss Shaun Derry has no new problems.

Derry's side were impressive during the first half against Chesterfield on Saturday but lucky to escape the Proact Stadium with a 1-1 draw in the end, having been put under some intense pressure by the Spireites.

That performance leaves Derry with a dilemma - to name an unchanged side or make changes. Any alterations will be kept to a minimum but the Magpies manager does have plenty of options at his disposal.

The likes of Ronan Murray, Garry Thompson, Taylor McKenzie, Danny Haynes, Drissa Traore and Shaun Harrad are able to come into the team.
