Chelsea to make a move for £50m Everton star Ross Barkley as Manchester City back out

CHELSEA will make a move for Ross Barkley next summer after Manchester City accepted he is too big a risk at £50million.
BIG MONEY BARKLEY: Everton have told Barkley's suitors the bidding starts at £50m
City bigwigs confirmed their interest in Barkley last week and were prepared to offer £35m.
But Everton insist the England international, 20 is not for sale and that any talks would have to begin at £50m.
City will now look at other options leaving Chelsea in pole position.
The Londoners have a good relationship with Everton following the transfer of Romelu Lukaku and the loan of Christian Atsu.
