Fulham vs Millwall preview - Magath mulling over McCormack

Fulham boss Felix Magath must decide whether to persevere with Ross McCormack ahead of the visit of Millwall.

The B£11million striker was substituted before the hour mark after a disappointing debut in the 2-1 defeat at Ipswich last weekend, after which Magath claimed he was not yet fully fit.

Midfielder Mark Fotheringham could be handed his debut after signing a one-year deal with the Cottagers last Friday.

Goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg this week joined Monaco while forwards Kostas Mitroglou and Bryan Ruiz, who also want to leave the club, are not expected to figure.

Millwall's Matthew Briggs misses out on a meeting with his former side.

Full-back Briggs, who left Craven Cottage to join the Lions this summer, was sent off for two bookings - the first for taking his shirt off after scoring the winner - against Wycombe on Tuesday and serves a one-match ban.

Forward Magaye Gueye is a doubt after suffering a rib injury on his debut in midweek while midfielder Nicky Bailey is still out with a calf problem.

But Justin Hoyte, Ed Upson and Richard Chaplow are close to returning after hamstring injuries.
