Luton Town vs AFC Wimbledon preview - Rooney absent for Hatters

Luke Rooney will miss Luton's first Football League game at Kenilworth Road in over five years against AFC Wimbledon.
Rooney was sent off late on in the Capital One Cup defeat to Swindon in midweek and the midfielder will be suspended on Saturday.
Rooney was one of two changes made by Hatters boss John Still from the team that started the league win at Carlisle. He and Fraser Franks came into the starting XI while Alex Lacy and Jake Howells were the one's replaced.
Alex Lawless could be fit but fellow midfielder Shaun Whalley (toe) is likely to remain on the sidelines.
Jack Smith is set to miss out for Wimbledon after suffering a knee injury in midweek.
The former Millwall full-back was stretchered off after 15 minutes of the Capital One Cup defeat at MK Dons, and although the problem is not too serious he is a major doubt.
However, on-loan defender Adam Barrett will be back in the squad after he was ineligible to play in Milton Keynes.
Matt Tubbs continues up front after scoring two goals in two games so far this season.
