Sevilla's arrival in Cardiff for the UEFA Super Cup encounter against Real Madrid was delayed by almost three hours owing to a technical fault with their aeroplane.
The Sevilla party was due to depart the Andalusian city's San Pablo Airport at 10 in the morning, but ended up taking off at around 12:40 once the problem had been fixed. The plane was already on the runway and preparing for take-off when the issue was detected and so had to turn around and head back to the terminal.
The flight lasted just over two hours and the team touched down in Wales at around 15:00 Spanish time (14:00 local time).
