What with Gareth Bale returning to Real Madrid pre-season looking like Terminator, there’s increasing pressure on players to muscle up these days.
Dante and Jerome Boateng have a much less time and effort-consuming way around it – simply pull your shirt into the back of your shirt, thereby creating a more ‘buff’ effect.
The defensive pair were caught red handed trying the old shirt pulling trick during Bayern’s official team photo.
