MEXICO goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa has opened the door to a switch to Arsenal after admitting he is open to offers this summer.
COME AND GET ME: Ochoa is open to a switch to a Premier League club
Ochoa starred for Mexico in their 0-0 draw with hosts Brazil earlier today, pulling off a string of fine saves to give his side a strong shout of reaching the knockout stages.
The 28-year-old is free to leave current club Ajaccio this summer after his contract with the French side expired.
His stunning performance against the Brazilians will ensure there is no shortage of clubs interested in securing his signature
Arsenal are one of several top sides monitoring the goalkeeper, with Arsene Wenger seeking someone to challenge current No.1 Wojciech Szczesny.
And Ochoa's stated desire to play in the Champions League could see the Gunners leap to the top of the queue.
"I now need to play in the Champions League to be sure of my level," he told French newspaper L'Equipe.
"My priority is to stay in France, but I am open to any propositions.
"I have improved in the last three years, most notably in handling the pace of games.
"But I was used to top competition when I played in Mexico."
