CHELSEA are set to offer Bayern Munich midfielder Toni Kroos a bumper deal to make the switch to Stamford Bridge.
And the Blues are also willing to trump Real Madrid's contract offer to sign the Germany international.
Kroos is in the final year of his contract at Bayern and has rejected fresh terms to stay at the Allianz Arena.
The German champions, who have made it clear they are not willing to improve on their current offer, will look to cash in on Kroos this summer if he fails to agree to a new deal.
Madrid have offered Kroos, 24, a £4m-a-year deal to join Cristiano Ronaldo & co at the Bernabeu.

But according to reports in Spain, Chelsea are willing to splash the cash to beat Madrid to the signing of Kroos.
Having secured the £27m addition of Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas last week, Jose Mourinho has turned his attentions to Kroos and will offer the Bayern star a £7m-a-year deal to join Chelsea.
Kroos was previously a target for Manchester United.
However new United boss Louis Van Gaal scrapped a deal in favour of pursuing Kroos' Bayern team-mate Bastian Schweinsteiger.
Despite Kroos being out of contract next summer, Bayern are expected to demand at least £20m from Chelsea.
