Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs cried when his time was up

RYAN GIGGS shed tears at the end of his spell as Manchester United's interim manager.

He said: 'We got off the plane at Manchester Airport. I was saying goodbye to the players, thanking them and potentially saying goodbye to a lot of them for the last time.'
'I'm not really an emotional person but I got in my car and I started crying. I got really emotional about it all.'
Giggs was replaced by current Holland head coach Louis Van Gaal, who will keep the Welshman on as assistant at Old Trafford.
