Clyde vs East Fife preview - Clyde's concerns mount up
Posted Tuesday, May 06, 2014 by PA
Clyde have ruled out midfielder Neil Janczyk for their meeting with his former club East Fife at Broadwood due to a knee injury.
Ian Gray also misses out with a foot problem with Stuart McColm remaining absent as he is on honeymoon.
The Bully Wee's options could be reduced further as David Marsh and Stef McCluskey are both rated as doubts.
Manager Jim Duffy said: "We will be low on numbers and that will hurt us as we will have players in unfamiliar positions. Whatever team we send out have to play at their very best to get us a result that sets things up nicely for Bayview."
East Fife will be without Kevin Rutkiewicz (ankle) and Gary Fisher (knee) as they begin their scrap for survival.
Ross Brown is fit again, however a lack of recent games will keep him absent.
Manager Gary Naysmith said: "I am not looking for us to sit tight and then win things in the second leg. I want us to go out and win this game and then win the second leg as well.
"The main thing we have to do is to score when we are on top. We have struggled with that all season so it would be great to put that right now."
