The Montenegrin is almost certain to miss both legs of Juventus' Europa League round of 32 clash with Trabzonspor after twisting his knee in training
Juventus will be without Mirko Vucinic for several weeks after the striker twisted his knee during training on Thursday.
The Montenegrin is almost certain to miss both legs of the Europa League round of 32 clash against Trabzonspor as well as Serie A matches against Torino and Chievo.
The 30-year-old underwent a scan and results revealed that no ligament damage had been caused although there was "bruising on his tibia and medial meniscus", according to the club's official website.
Vucinic has struggled for first-team football this season and looked on course to leave the Bianconeri during the transfer window, even training away from the rest of the team.
The former Roma attacker rejected a move to Zenit St Petersburg, while Arsenal and Inter were also keen on his services.
Vucinic has scored two goals in four Serie A starts this season after falling down the pecking order behind Fernando Llorente and Carlos Tevez.
