Mario Balotelli in tears after being substituted in Milan’s loss to Napoli

Mario Balotelli struggled to make an impact in Milan's 3-1 loss at Napoli. He was substituted for Giampaolo Pazzini in the 73rd minute and upon taking a seat on the bench, Balotelli began to cry. After wiping away the tears, he hid his face in his jacket while the TV camera focused in on him.
It's unclear if Balotelli was emotional over more than just his difficulties on the pitch, but it's been an overwhelming week for the 23-year-old. On Tuesday, he revealed on Twitter that a DNA test proved he is the father of ex-girlfriend Raffaella Fico's one-year-old daughter.
UPDATE: After the match, Milan manager Clarence Seedorf was asked about Balotelli's reaction. From Football Italia:
“What can I say about Balotelli’s tears? They were the tears of a sportsman,” said Coach Seedorf in a Press conference.
In an interview with Mediaset Premium Seedorf also noted “Mario is human. These are things that happen many times in football and sport in general. I’d say it was actually beautiful, but I’d prefer to talk about the game.”
So it seems Seedorf believes Balotelli's tears were simply down to his frustration with the match and passion for the game.
