MARCUS SLAUGHTER DID NOT LIKE THE ARGENTINEAN'S STYLE - "Why is Messi wearing a red suit? Looks like a circus outfit"

Marcus Slaughter, who plays for Pablo Laso's record-breaking Real Madrid basketball team, used the social networks to comment on Leo Messi's outfit at the Ballon d'Or awards ceremony.

The American power forward, who is always extremely active and original on his Twitter account @Slaughter44, wrote: "Can someone tell me why that man (Messi) is wearing a red suit? Looks like a circus outfit, I think it's too bright."

Minutes later, Slaughter talked to a fan who explained the reasons: "He's wearing it because they're paying him a million Euros to wear it," to which the player replied, "That's the only thing that makes sense to me. I hope he gets all of it."

The Real Madrid player deleted his tweet on Tuesday morning.
