"Criticism has made me stronger," says Alexis

Chilean Alexis Sánchez talked about the upcoming Milan vs. Barça game and recalled what happened a year ago: "We have that experience from last year and that’s why we know we have to start the game strongly."
The striker did not want to underestimate Milan, even though Massimiliano Allegri’s side is currently going through a rough patch: "They already showed last year that they have good players."
"The goals arrived and that's very important to a striker. That’s the only change in me, because everything else, my motivation has always been the same. The criticism I received made me stronger, made me grow up. I’m now in a place I don’t want to leave. I want to continue at this level," he said.
"I don’t feel like a starting player. There are players like Pedro or Tello who could play in any game," he concluded.
