Destination Milan

All roads lead to Milan. The Italian club is the only real possibility Kaká has of leaving Real Madrid. In a public outburst after the Deportivo match, the Brazilian said: "I want to go. Ancelotti knows it. Florentino knows it. The whole club knows." Kaká was not lying. The president of Real Madrid, the managing director and even the coach himself, all knew about the Brazilians plans straight from the horse's mouth during the U.S. tour.

Kaká wants Milan and Milan wants Kaká. For the 'Rossoneri' club, it would mean the chance to recover the prodigal son who left San Siro as a hero four years ago. For the Brazilian it would mean a return to the club where he won everything, including the Ballon d'Or, as well as the chance to recover the sensations he never found at Real Madrid.

Kaká knows that if he is to play for AC Milan again, his transfer fee must be slashed. His current salary is around €10 million per season, but Milan would struggle to pay over €6 million net.
