Neymar started on the bench

Martino left Neymar on the bench and didn't bring him on until the 63rd minute, when he came on for Alexis Sanchez. The Brazilian received a standing ovation when he walked on.
The game was already settled and Neymar was not heavily involved in the play. His debut for the 'Azulgranas' included a couple of tricks, some nice technique and a yellow card for tripping Juanfran.
Neymar, whose health has been discussed in great detail recently after discovering that he suffers from anaemia following an operation for tonsillitis, started on the bench for a game that saw his team put on a display of raw attacking efficiency.
