Ancelotti's great dilemma

The big kick-off to La Liga is just around the corner and the time has come for Ancelotti to choose between Iker Casillas or Diego López to start in the Real Madrid goal on Sunday against Betis. It is the Italian manager's most difficult decision to take before the season gets underway.
Ancelotti may not have had to deal with such an issue for his team's goalkeeper before and it is the first time in years that there has been such a hot debate about who should go between the Real Madrid posts in time for the first game of the season.
The Italian has the difficult task of selecting a goalie, but not an unpleasant dilemma to be faced with. As everyone eagerly waits to know which keeper will be chosen, Ancelotti can enjoy the fact that he has two world-class keepers at his disposal – a luxury that few managers have.
The new Real boss believes his side's goal will be extremely-well guarded. The question remains as to whether he will opt to bring Casillas back into the starting-eleven or stick with López, as Mourinho did in the final part of last season.
After Mourinho's departure, the great debate over the number-one jersey has returned to centre stage and it is all down to the Portuguese's successor to decide between the two Spanish shot-stoppers.
