Neymar: "Playing with Messi, Xavi and Iniesta is a great honour"

Neymar, in his last match prior to sign with Barcelona, teared up before kick off between Santos and Flamengo (0-0). The Brazilian star played the 90 minutes for Santos in the Neymar: opening match of the Brasileirao.

After the match, Neymar thanked his fans supporting him during his time at Santos, where he featured in 230 matches.

"It's a dream come true to be able to play for Barça. I thank God for making this possible", said Neymar, who added: "It's an honour to be able to play with Messi, Xavi and Iniesta".

Neymar also said: "I feel fantastic, very happy and grateful to Santos and I'm already thinking about Barca".

"Dani Alves was the one who insisted I join Barça", Neymar said after his final match for Santos on Sunday.
