ANGRY SCOT ... Neil Lennon is furious with the Juve boss

NEIL LENNON last night blasted Juventus coach Antonio Conte for talking NONSENSE.

Lennon reacted to remarks the Italian boss made ahead of tonight’s second-leg Champions League clash in Turin.

Conte insisted Hoops hitman Gary Hooper was guilty of impeding keeper Gigi Buffon at Parkhead as Juve won 3-0 in the first leg of the last-16 tie.

But Lennon, still fuming from the penalty box wrestling that went on three weeks ago, hit back and said: “He’s talking rubbish.

“Any player can stand anywhere he likes in the box. He’s not affecting the goalkeeper, he’s not touching the goalkeeper, he’s not preventing him from getting the ball.

“Before the ball’s kicked, he’s not doing anything. He’s entitled to stand where he likes. So he’s talking nonsense.”

But Conte joked: “If Lennon complains about the referees, perhaps he is a coach who can come to Italy because here we all complain!

“He talks about the rules, so then I’ll bring a dossier about Celtic players systematically blocking our keeper.

“In the first leg it was Hooper.”
