Cowdenbeath's Dene Brett is struggling to face promotion-chasing Partick at Central Park after suffering a knee injury in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Raith.

Kyle Miller is on standby to replace Brett with Greg Stewart and Craig Moore also looking for starting places after coming off the bench to help rescue a point at the weekend.

Player-manager Colin Cameron misses out with a hamstring problem and David Cowan (knee), Liam Cusack (knee), Mark Ramsay (ankle), Pablo Navas (groin) and Sam Stanton (ankle) are also absent.

Cameron said: "We have been strong at home recently and there is no reason why that cannot continue against Partick.

"I will freshen things up as we have a demanding schedule but we are looking to take something from this game."

Partick's Paul Paton faces a late fitness test after suffering an ankle knock in the 1-0 win over Airdrie on Saturday.

Everyone else is available to interim player-manager Alan Archibald who is looking for his side to win in Fife and pull to within two points of Morton with a game in hand.

Archibald said: "Central Park is a narrow pitch and we will have to adapt our style accordingly. We won there in the Ramsdens Cup semi-final in a really tight game and this one will be no different as they want the points just as much as we do.

"We've had to dig deep to secure recent wins over Hamilton and Airdrie and we will need that resilience again against Cowdenbeath."
