Mallorca vs Real Sociedad preview - Nunes keen to extend fine start

Real Mallorca defender Jose Nunes is determined to keep the Islanders' unbeaten start to the season going when they host Real Sociedad this weekend.
Joaquin Caparros' side have taken four points from their opening two games and could go top of the table should they beat the Basques - and other results go their way - with a two-week break from league action due to international commitments to come.
"They are three very important points at home, we could go into the break with seven points and with a calm environment to work in," he told the club's website.
"We know there is an opportunity to obtain points in front of our own fans but they too have offensive players with a lot of quality.
"They will come here to win and it will be difficult, but if we are at our best we can win the game."
Mallorca beat a number of Spanish clubs to the signing of Giovanni Dos Santos on Friday, and he could make his debut as a substitute as Caparros seems set to stick with the same starting line-up that drew at Malaga last weekend.
Sociedad, meanwhile, received a boost on Thursday as highly coveted winger Antoine Griezmann extended his contract to 2016.
And coach Philippe Montanier has said that by keeping the Frenchman the club are signalling their intent to build for the long-term.
He told Diario Vasco: "The board are constructing a project for the medium to long-term with the best young players.
"The extension of Griezmann's contract is great news for everyone and I am very happy for him."
However, Montanier is keen to make amends for Sociedad's last trip to Mallorca where they were beaten 6-1 in the Copa del Rey in January.
"Mallorca is a place of bad memories, but this is a different game," he said.
"Our objective is to have a good season away from home and we have the quality and the means to do so."
