Deportivo La Coruna vs Getafe preview - Oltra warning to fringe men

Deportivo la Coruna manager Jose Luis Oltra has sent out a warning to some fringe players in his squad ahead of their clash with Getafe that they may find it difficult to work their way into his plans for the rest of the season.
Oltra's men have started the season brightly, taking four points from their opening two games back in the top-flight, but he believes there are parts of his squad that are bloated.
He told Marca: "Those that until now I have counted on less know that with time they have little chance of participating. If I was a player, I would understand the reality of the situation.
"There are cases in which they have three team-mates ahead of them. They have to accept it and I have to decide. If they don't leave then it doesn't worry me. They are Deportivo players and I will try to give them a game."
Oltra could though be forced into changing his starting line-up for the first time this season as Bruno Gama is a doubt with a muscle strain, but goalkeeper Daniel Aranzubia has recovered from the stomach injury that forced him off at half-time in the 3-3 draw with Valencia last week.
Getafe have been busy themselves this week in bringing in forwards Paco Alcacer and Alvaro Vasquez and manager Luis Garcia is determined to build on last weekend's shock victory over Real Madrid.
He said: "It was very nice to beat Real Madrid in the last game, but just as we forgot the defeat to Sevilla before, now we have to forget this victory. If we don't do things well against Deportivo it will be left as a positive anecdote, but it we can pick up points, we will give much more value to this triumph."
However, the former Levante boss is wary of the Galicians' threat from set-plays.
"Oltra works a lot on dead balls. We have seen videos of last year and this season and we have faced this in other divisions. They have a lot of variation at set-pieces and they insist on using them," he said.
Alcacer could make his debut, however Alvaro's arrival has probably come too late to see him included. Pedro Leon is also available after he couldn't play against his parent club last weekend and Alberto Lopo could come in for the doubtful David Abraham in defence.
