Natasha, who has signed up to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house next month, said: "I was such a coward. But I couldn't bear to tell Rhodri in person because it would have killed me to witness the terrible pain I'd caused him.
"I knew his world was going to be blown to pieces and I didn't want to see him cry.
"My mum pleaded with me to do the decent thing and tell Rhodri what I'd done. But I refused. In the end she went round to the house at 5am with a copy of the paper so she could talk him through it. She thought he was a broken man."
