Inter Milan ready to splash out over £40m to win Hazard race

Inter Milan have stepped up their interest in long-term Arsenal target Eden Hazard.
The Lille star, who is regarded as one of the hottest prospects in Europe, was strongly linked with a move to the Emirates
Stadium in the summer but Arsene Wenger was put off by the French club's valuation of their prized asset.
Hazard has expressed his desire to leave in the summer and, if Lille fail to qualify for the knockout stages of the Champions
League, the Italian giants could make their move.
Lille want £43m for the 20-year-old, who is also wanted by Liverpool. That huge fee is likely to put off many potential suitors but Inter, along with Real Madrid, are willing to pay that to get their man.
