Tottenham's Joe Jordan Offers Solace & Solidarity For AC Milan's Gennaro Gattuso

The touchline brawl that marred last season's Champions League clash has been pushed into the background as the former Rossoneri forward offers support to the midfielder
Tottenham assistant coach Joe Jordan insists there are no bad feelings towards AC Milan's Gennaro Gattuso, and he wishes the Italian a quick recovery from a persistent eye problem.
The pair almost came to blows last season in the Champions League, and Gattuso received a five-game ban for the heated exchange at San Siro.
However, the midfielder has not played for Milan since September 9 as he has been diagnosed with sixth nerve palsy, a disorder associated with the dysfunction of cranial nerve VI, which controls eye movement.
Despite their touchline battle, Jordan has sent Gattuso his best wishes and hopes to see him back soon.
"Forza Gattuso, come back to the pitch soon," was Jordan's message on Radio Mana Mana Sport 24.
"I know what has happened and I am sorry. What happened between us is in the past, it does not matter.
"Gattuso is a great champions and I hope he gets back on the pitch soon.
"We are all waiting for him. I am sure he will not give up."
Milan play Fiorentina in Serie A on Saturday night.
