I have a say

Joe Hamill's strike on the stroke of half-time was enough to secure a 1-0 win for Raith at home to Falkirk.

The home side dominated throughout and almost went ahead through Iain Williamson after 29 minutes but his effort was well saved by Falkirk's Michael McGovern.

The deadlock was broken moments before the interval as Hamill latched on to Brian Graham's knock-down to sweep home from close range.

Raith nearly doubled their advantage four minutes after the restart but striker John Baird's effort was superbly tipped over by McGovern.

The visitors were reduced to 10 men late on when defender Darren Dods was dismissed for a second bookable offence - both cautions a result of fouls on the lively Baird.
