RANDY Silvio Berlusconi can make love FIVE times a day, his doctor has revealed.

The medic said Italy's 74-year-old PM "has the sex drive of a man at least 15 years younger".

Dr Umberto Scapagnini's revelations on radio came on the day a court heard of raunchy scenes at Berlusconi's villa - dubbed a "bordello" or brothel by prosecutors.

Belly dancer Karima El Mahroug, then only 17, is said to have shared a "Sapphic" - lesbian - kiss with politician Nicole Minetti, 25, to entertain the tycoon at one of his infamous bunga bunga parties last year.

Prosecutor Pietro Forno told the Milan court the show was "solely for Berlusconi" and paid for by him.

Anglo-Italian Minetti, a dental hygienist turned councillor, is said to have recruited girls for parties at the villa near Milan. Bunga bunga is a crude phrase for an after-dinner sex game.

Phone intercepts revealed how women dressed as nurses and police officers gyrated round lap-dancing poles. They were allegedly given cash and jewellery in return for sex.

Judge Maria Grazia Domanico will rule if there is enough evidence to send Minetti, TV anchorman Emilio Fede, 79, and showbusiness agent Lele Mora, 55, for trial on charges of recruiting prostitutes.

There were 33 women at some parties. Berlusconi has said that was too many "even for a man half my age". But Dr Scapagnini said: "Physically he is a man of 60 or even less."

Berlusconi denies paying for sex with Karima when she was underage.
