Dunfermline manager Jim McIntyre will not be able to finalise the First Division champions' line-up for their match against local rivals Falkirk until close to kick-off.
Full-back Callum Woods and midfielder Martin Hardie are both rated at 50-50 and McIntyre is giving the pair until the last minute to prove their fitness.
Midfielder Steven Bell continues to be ruled out with an Achilles injury.
McIntyre said: "This is a huge day for Dunfermline as we will receive the First Division trophy and we do not want the party to fall flat.
"Falkirk is always a huge game for us and I want to remain undefeated against them this season."
Falkirk end their season without suspended midfielder Mark Millar, but youngster Stephen Kingsley is available after a ban.
On-loan Rangers defender Ross Perry could return after injury and Bairns boss Steven Pressley has added rookies Connor Kelly and Jay Fulton to his squad to gain some derby day experience.
Pressley said: "This is a big occasion for Dunfermline but it is a big derby match as well and it would be a great game for Falkirk to go and win.
"We have a number of young lads who will be getting their first taste of a derby atmosphere so it will stand them in good stead for the future.
"Our recent good run ended last week against Ross County but this would be a cracking game to pick things up again in."
