Stirling Albion vs Ross County preview - Reidford returns for Albion

I have a say

Bottom of the table Stirling Albion welcome back goalkeeper Callum Reidford to their squad for the visit of Ross County.

Central defender Scott Buist will miss out through suspension but manager Jocky Scott does not anticipate any additional absentees from the squad.

"There are just little niggles and the players should be involved in what is a must-win game for us," he said.

"I have been saying that we need a win for a few weeks now but we are really running out of games now so it is imperative that we win this one.

He added: "We can take confidence from draws against Ross County already this season that shows us there is not too much between the teams."

Ross County have doubts over defender Jonny Flynn and striker Steven Milne.

Manager Jimmy Calderwood will give the pair as much time as possible to recover, but will definitely be without defender Darren McCormack when the Staggies look to get back to winning ways following the midweek defeat against Dunfermline.

Martin Hardie`s injury time strike denied Ross a vital point in their relegation battle and Calderwood is still reeling from the defeat.

He said: "I am still annoyed at how we lost that game and failed to even get a draw.

"If you don't pick up enough points you end up in trouble. We had chances to win the game but failed to take them and we cannot afford to do that against Stirling"

"We are undefeated away from home during my time here but being undefeated is sometimes not enough, we need to finish games off to get wins."
