The socialite and reality TV star was heading to Hollywood's International Dance Academy for a work out.
Her training must have been particularly gruelling as she was spotting filling up on carbohydrates later that day.
Kim, who has recently released her own pop tune, happily tucked into lunch at the Breadbar in West Hollywood while she dined with pals.
She managed to scoff a burger and fries layered with ketchup and mayonnaise before enjoying a muffin for pudding.
