KIM Kardashian looked ready to work out yesterday - but seemed to undo her hardwork with a carb binge later in the afternoon.

The 30-year-old was snapped looking hot to trot in a bright pink and black cleavage enhancing gym outfit as she stepped out for an exercise session.
