SOUNDBITE: (Mandarin) Wang Qiang, China tennis gold medallist (on winning gold at her first Asian Games):
"I think I was under huge pressure after we lost the women's team final earlier at the Asian Games. China has won some medals in tennis, but we desperately needed a gold medal. Before I went out on court today, I put a lot of pressure on myself although my coaches tried to relax me as much as possible. So, I am very happy that I got this gold medal for the Chinese tennis team in the end."
SOUNDBITE: (Mandarin) Wang Qiang, China tennis gold medallist (on pressure to replace Li Na's success):
"I don't think anyone can be replaced. Li Na's retirement is a big loss to Chinese and Asian tennis. I would have preferred her to continue to play and I am sorry she decided to retire due to injury. As for me. I will continue to just focus on myself. I am not thinking about catching up with anybody. I just want to play my best tennis."
