Taking advantage of some rare sunny weather in London, Brazil's Beach Volleyball teams continued their preparations ahead of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Beach Volleyball is a very popular sport in Brazil and the National Olympic Committee are very confident that they can win gold medals in both the Men's and Women's competitions.
39 year-old veteran Emanuel Rego says that the pair's preparations have been going extremely well.
SOUNDBITE (Portuguese) Emanuel, Brazil Beach Volleyball Player:
"I truly believe in planning! Beach Volleyball is a sport that you can't just only say that you will arrive well at the Olympics, you must be prepared! I think you have to deserve to be here. I believe that, in the last three years we have planted our seed and we are very aware of what we have to do. Our Technical
Commission is the one of the best in the world and I arrive here fully confident that we've done everything right on our build-up to here."
The Brazilian Women's team are also getting ready for their tough group.
SOUNDBITE (Portuguese) Maria Elisa, Brazil Beach Volleyball Player:
"Of course, our responsibility is greater but we know why we are the top seeds in our group. If we have been building up to this, it's because we can beat all the girls in our group. I am relaxed. We will do our best on the court to make sure things go well."
The competition begins on Saturday the 28th of July.
