Real Madrid defender Varane: Zidane taking France job would be natural

Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane says it'll be no surprise should Zinedine Zidane eventually take the France job.
There have been reports circulating that Zidane could replace Didier Deschamps as Les Bleus boss, despite the fact that the former Marseille coach's contract with France runs until December 31, 2022.
Nevertheless, Varane understands why Zidane would be keen on the job.
"It's a possibility. For any French coach, the France national team is a goal," Varane told Europe 1.
"It is natural for him to [want] this position, but it is not relevant right now. Our coach [Deschamps] is doing a good job and we must focus on our short-term objectives: qualification for the World Cup and then the European Championship."
