Leicester City vs Wigan Athletic - Vardy sits out again with Rodgers set to shuffle Leicester pack

Jamie Vardy will miss Leicester’s FA Cup third-round tie with Wigan at the King Power Stadium.
Vardy sat out the New Year’s Day win at Newcastle with a calf complaint, but he is expected to be fit for the first leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final with Aston Villa on Wednesday.
Dennis Praet (illness) will be assessed with boss Brendan Rodgers saying rotation is necessary after a demanding schedule which has saw Leicester play six games in 18 days.
James Justin, Wes Morgan, Hamza Choudhury and Demarai Gray are likely starters, while summer signing Filip Benkovic will be part of the matchday squad after ankle trouble.
Wigan’s injury list grew during the 3-2 New Year’s Day victory at Birmingham – the Latics’ first win in 14 games.
Kal Naismith came off with a thigh problem and Michael Jacobs also picked up a knock which rules him out of the trip to Leicester.
Charlie Mulgrew and Kieffer Moore remain out after missing recent games, although Danny Fox could be fit enough to return to the bench.
Chey Dunkley, Gary Roberts and Joe Garner are in contention for starting spots, while David Marshall could reclaim the goalkeeping gloves.
