Grimsby defender Luke Hendrie set to miss FA Cup clash with Newport

Grimsby look to claim their first win in six matches when they host Newport in the first round of the FA Cup on Saturday.
The Mariners have seen their last two league fixtures postponed due to waterlogged pitches, but were suffering a drawn-out winless spell beforehand.
Defender Luke Hendrie is not expected to take part as he continues to recover from a groin injury.
Winger Max Wright has returned to training after overcoming a thigh issue, but may not be fit enough to feature.
Fellow League Two side Newport enjoyed an incredible run in the competition last year, defeating Championship club Middlesbrough and top-flight Premier League team Leicester before falling to eventual winners Manchester City in the fifth round.
Michael Flynn’s squad will be missing Mickey Demetriou for the trip to Blundell Park, with the defender still recovering from a broken right leg.
Ade Azeez is also unlikely to feature as he recuperates from Achilles damage sustained during the summer.
Striker Padraig Amond is set to face his former team, having shared the FA Cup top goalscorer title with City’s Gabriel Jesus last season with five goals in the competition.
