Newport boss Flynn to make changes for Scunthorpe visit

Newport boss Michael Flynn is expected to revert to a more familiar line-up for the home game against Scunthorpe.
Flynn made 10 changes for his side’s recent home EFL Trophy defeat to Exeter, with defender Ryan Inniss returning to action after his five-game ban.
Inniss is hoping to be included in Flynn’s weekend plans and make his first league appearance since early September.
Long-term absentees Mickey Demetriou (broken leg) and Ade Azeez (Achilles) are working their way back to full fitness.
Scunthorpe boss Paul Hurst will make late checks on goalkeeper Rory Watson and defender Kgosi Ntlhe.
Watson sustained facial injuries in last week’s home win against Northampton and will be assessed. Jake Eastwood is on stand-by.
Ntlhe is doubtful due to a groin strain and Matthew Lund sits out the final game of a three-match ban.
Forwards Kevin van Veen (ankle) and Jamie Ward (illness) plus defender James Perch (hip) are all expected to be in contention.
