Eriksen and Poch to Real Madrid

Spanish giants Real Madrid are considering an audacious swoop for two of Tottenham’s biggest assets.

The Mirror claim Real are interested in pinching midfielder Christian Eriksen on a free transfer when his contract expires in June 2020.

The Dane will be eligible to sign a pre-contract agreement with clubs outside of England from January onwards.

But it doesn’t stop there.

The report claims Los Blancos are also weighing up a move for manager Mauricio Pochettino should things not work with Zinedine Zidane at the helm.

Wanted: Moussa Dembele

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is making preparations for Manchester United's January transfer window.

According to the Daily Mail, United scouts have been keeping a keen eye on Lyon striker Moussa Dembele.

The former Fulham forward has been linked to United to replace Romelu Lukaku, who joined Inter Milan in August, and give their Norwegian boss more options upfront.

Dembele, 23, has scored 20 goals in 37 league appearances in his native country since leaving Celtic Park in 2018, including four in five this season.

Neymar contract extension

PSG are supposedly preparing a lucrative new contract for superstar Neymar.

That’s according to French publication Le10 Sport, who claim sporting director Leonardo has already spoken with the Brazilian forward about extending his stay.

The 27-year-old already earns an astronomical £630k per week at the Parc Des Princess.

It’s claimed Neymar’s decision will be influenced by Barcelona’s financial fair play situation and whether or not they can cough up PSG’s £273million valuation.

Sign Koulibaly!

Arsenal should try to sign Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

That’s according to former Gunners midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong, who believes the towering centre-back would make a big impact on Unai Emery’s side.

"I watched the game against Watford and it wasn’t good. Our defence is certainly weaker, when you compare it to Liverpool or Manchester City,” Frimpong told Meta Ratings.

"David Luiz has been making some mistakes, and in my opinion, there’s little difference between Luiz and Mustafi; I would rather see Callum Chambers selected.

"They need to be buying better defenders, like Koulibaly, who can make a big impact on Arsenal’s team.”

West Ham want Mandzukic

West Ham have joined the fight to sign Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic.

Manchester United were close to signing the Croatia international during the summer - but Ed Woodward pulled the plug - thinking £14million was too much to pay for a 33-year-old.

The Juventus striker has offers on the table from Qatar.

However, Tuttosport claim Mandzukic is holding out for offers from England and West Ham could make their interested known in January.

Everton rival Arsenal

Everton have joined Arsenal in the race to sign PSV talent Donyell Malen.

The Gunners sold Malen, 20, for just £500k two years ago and now he’s believed to be worth upwards of £50million.

Malen has netted 11 goals in 13 games in all competitions this season and scored on his international debut for Holland against Germany recently.

Now, Calciomercato claim Arsenal want him back - but Marco Silva’s Everton are eager to bring him to Goodison Park next summer.

Raheem Sterling transfer

Manchester City star Raheem Sterling would be the perfect signing for Barcelona.

That’s according to Barcelona legend Xavi, who says he’d snap up the England international if he was ever appointed boss at the Nou Camp.

Sterling, 24, is believed to be on Real Madrid’s radar and the Daily Mail say he would cost upwards of £150million.

"You look at young players who can be crowned the future best in the world and you still think of Neymar, Mbappe, Salah, and of course Sterling. I look at the moment - and Sterling is winning that race," FourFourTwo quote Xavi as saying.

Wanted: Duvan Zapata

Manchester United have apparently shown interest in Duvan Zapata.

That’s according to Calciomercato, who claim the Atalanta forward is being considered to solve Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s striking problems.

The Red Devils lost Romelu Lukaku to Inter Milan over the summer, while Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial are both struggling with fitness problems.

Zapata, a 28-year-old Colombia international, scored 28 goals in all competitions last season and has already notched three in four Serie A appearances this season.
