Eintracht Frankfurt forward Ante Rebic confirms AC Milan swap

Eintracht Frankfurt forward Ante Rebic has revealed he's on his way to AC Milan.
Rebic landed in Milan on Sunday evening to complete a two-year loan to the Rossoneri, which includes a €25m option to buy. Andre Silva is moving in the opposite direction.
"I'm very happy to be here. Forza Milan!" the Croatia international told reporters.
The Germans have confirmed Silva is also on his way.
"The clubs have reached an agreement," said their sporting director Fredi Bobic.
"If all goes well, Silva will become an Eintracht player and Rebic will go to Milan."
