LIVERPOOL'S squad enjoyed a well-deserved Bank Holiday break after Saturday's 3-1 win over Arsenal.

But it was a different story for Manchester United's players - who were forced to train after the disastrous defeat to Crystal Palace.

Liverpool made it three Premier League wins on the bounce with an impressive display at Anfield this weekend.

Joel Matip opened the scoring before Mohamed Salah found the net twice in the second half.

And Jurgen Klopp allowed his players to have a day off to recharge their batteries ahead of Saturday's trip to Burnley.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain enjoyed a day out at the Leeds Festival with girlfriend Perrie Edwards.

The midfielder, 26, penned a new four-year deal with the Merseyside giants earlier this month following his recovery from a knee injury.

He started the match against his former club on the bench, but was introduced in the 77th minute to replace Sadio Mane.

Adam Lallana and James Milner spent their Bank Holiday brushing up on their golf skills with Tyrrel Hatton.

The former Southampton star shared a picture of the three of them soaking up the sunshine in their golfing gear.

He added the caption: "Great morning swing with these lads. Handicap moving in the right direction. #YNWA."

But it was back to business for midfielder Jordan Henderson on his 'day off'.

The 29-year-old posted a picture of himself working up a sweat on a treadmill with his 3million followers on Instagram.
